House rules – Azur Apartments

To ensure that your stay and that of our future guests is as pleasant as possible, we ask you to observe the following rules:

🔇 General consideration

• Please be respectful towards neighbors and other guests in the building.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

🎉 No parties or events Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted.

• Our apartments are intended for relaxation or work—please respect this for the sake of all residents.

❌ No drugs

• The use and possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

❄️ Use air conditioning with care

• The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures – please turn it off when you leave the apartment.
• Continuous operation leads to unnecessary energy consumption and can cause damage.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

🐾 Pets Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

• Please contact us in advance.

🗑️ Garbage disposal

• Please separate your garbage according to local regulations and dispose of it regularly in the designated bins or containers.

🌐 Internet use

• Use of the Wi-Fi is permitted within the scope of applicable laws.
• The following are strictly prohibited: accessing or distributing illegal content, illegal downloads or file sharing (e.g., movies, music, software), any kind of crypto mining or automated server services.
• Violations will result in immediate exclusion from Internet use and may be prosecuted.

🔑 Keys & Check-out

• Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• When checking out: Leave the key as agreed and make sure you don't forget any personal belongings.
