1. Booking & Payment

A binding rental contract is concluded upon booking confirmation. Payment is due in advance via booking platform or direct transfer.

2. Cancellation
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. After that, 50% of the total price will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100%.

3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early/late check-in or check-out possible upon request.

4. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Pets are welcome but must be registered in advance. Parties are not allowed.

5. Liability
The host is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are liable for any damage caused.

6. Data Protection
Your personal data will only be used to process your booking and will not be shared with third parties.
